A small task is a minor update to existing content, design, or layout on an existing page. It is not new design work and it is not building something new.

Important Policies

Commitment

3 Month Minimum

All plans start with a 3 month minimum commitment, then continue on a rolling monthly basis. Cancel anytime after with 30 days notice.

Tasks

Tasks Do Not Roll Over

Unused tasks expire at the end of each month and do not carry forward. Tasks must be one clear, contained request per submission.

Communication

All Requests via Email

To keep things organised and ensure nothing gets missed, all maintenance requests must be submitted by email. This keeps a clear record for both parties.
